Technical Description
Function
To fit on tempering moulding machines (with a capacity of 30/80kg) and automatic tempering machine continua (30/60 kg) for filling and closing chocolate moulds.
Construction
- Stainless steel construction.
- Suitable for moulds series 1000 (27,5 x 13,5cm)
- Designed to fill moulds completely
OR to fill the inside of moulds before applying vibration
OR to close moulds and scrape off excess chocolate. - Moulds are carried pneumatically (note: requires compressor).
