On the 30kg Moulding Machine :
I have a Prefamac 30kg moulding machine. Every machine I purchased was kind of an accident except for the Prefamac which I researched it to death. I believe the Prefamac to be the best. The Prefamac has a very good vibrating table, tempers chocolate fast, the tank opening is large, which gives you a little more room to scrape molds, the spout is high which allows for larger molds as well as the before mentioned, the display allows you to see the temperature and the setting. The over all construction of the Prefamac is great. This machine runs almost all day, 6 days a week for about 10 years now without a break down. (Mr. Doug Haines)
