Technical Description
Function
To fit on tempering moulding machines (with a capacity of 65/175 lbs) for filling and closing chocolate moulds.
Construction
- Stainless steel construction.
- Suitable for moulds series 1000 (10.8 x 5.3 inch)
- Designed to fill moulds completely
OR to fill the inside of moulds before applying vibration
OR to close moulds and scrape off excess chocolate. - Moulds are carried pneumatically (note: requires compressor).
- Automatic version and with foot control.
- Standard capacity: 16 moulds (height: 19.7 inch).
- 2 scrapers mounted in series.
